Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, estimated delivery usually takes 4–6 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout when tracking is available.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item without giving a reason?
Yes. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Who pays return shipping?
For approved returns and exchanges, Burt's Bees provides a prepaid return label or equivalent free return arrangement.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Available payment methods are securely displayed at checkout.

Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment providers. Burt's Bees does not store complete payment card numbers or security codes.

Can I cancel my order?
